cosmopolitan magazine subscription

Cosmopolitan magazine has been around since 1886 with its first publication by Schicht & Field and was considered to be a "family magazine" back then. With a circulation of 25,000 by 1888, it was well on its way of becoming a popular magazine.

By 1889, the magazine was sold to a John Brisbane and E.D. Walker who then turned it into a literary magazine. By 1892 its circulation grew to an astounding 75,000. To this day, however, Cosmopolitan has over 58 international editions in 34 different languages and is sold in over 100 countries across the globe. US circulation alone is above an impressive 2,000,000.

There are many reviewers of this magazine who have formed different opinions of it. Some love it and some hate it, but just about everyone has opened it. The magazine is filled with different hints and tips on beauty, career and relationships. Today, many young women turn to its contents for advice on how to transform themselves into a better person.

In just about every issue of Cosmopolitan you will find tips on how to improve and spice up your sex life. Just about any question you can imagine on the topic is answered in this publication. You will also find tips on fashion, what the newest fashion trend is and what clothes can make any woman feel and look hot. It does not matter whether a person cannot afford the clothes presented in the magazine, women can still use the ideas to find trendy clothes at a more bargain price simply by opening the pages of this magazine.

Other topics you will find in Cosmo are celebrity gossip, funny stories and confessions of cheating partners. You will hear about betrayed women who did the unimaginable to get back for their partner's infidelity.

With all the other magazines out on the racks today such as Instyle, Marie Claire, People and the like, you would think that the competition would be steep. None can compare, however, to the growing circulation of the Cosmopolitan magazine.

This magazine is not just for women either, in fact, countless times you will find men opening up the pages as well. There is the particular "Cosmo Quiz" for men where they ask a series of questions to determine the personality type of the man.

Whether you are reading Cosmopolitan for its articles, fashion advice or steamy columns, this magazine will always have something to offer you. Two million copies being sold in the US today is just the tip of the iceberg.
